Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase of Kindness Is Caring, Friendship Is Sharing: A Book for Children Worldwide.

If your books arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at beth@trumbullrotarykidsbooks.org. Please include your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Because our books are printed specifically for distribution to schools, Rotary clubs, organizations, and children, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for books that have been delivered in good condition simply because you have changed your mind or no longer need them.

If an order is cancelled before it has been shipped, we will make every reasonable effort to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping policy

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–5 business days of receiving your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
